It’s hard to believe 2012 is coming to a close so swiftly. It’s been a crazy year in so many ways, but let’s focus on one of the main goals I’ve had this year, namely becoming Roc Wieler physically. Continue reading
Bodybeast – Huge Beast is the single best program I’ve ever done. Get it. Commit to it. Follow it. Do not waiver and you will not be disappointed.
I did it. I finished the Huge Beast version of the Bodybeast program. I didn’t waver. I didn’t miss a single moment. I worked my ass off with discipline, blood, bruises, strained muscles, shit, tears, and puke. It was worth every moment. Continue reading
Listen to your body. I’ve preached this again and again. If you look at the timestamp you’ll notice that my body had been talking quite loudly to me. It desperately needed rest. Unfortunately, my obligations at that time wouldn’t allow, but there were always choices to make, and consequences to be had. I listened. I slept for nearly 10 hours. And on the seventy-ninth day, Roc rested.

Build Chest & Triceps. There had been a few complaints about how many dumbbells I usually had littered around myself to accommodate the various exercises within the routine. The pace of the program was such that I had found it difficult to keep getting the appropriate weight as I went, so typically gathered everything I needed in advance. On the days when I worked out with Rob, even more weights would be missing. On that morning, the beautiful woman I had woken up beside decided to join me at the gym as well so even more weights were missing. Continue reading
Beast Cardio. On its own. Interesting. Continue reading
