Could hardly drag my ass out of bed. Discipline, Roc, whatever it takes. Build back and biceps. At this point in the program I was using the Bulk Arms weights, which made it significantly more challenging for the Build workout.
Dammit that was a long workout. I was completely spent. Nothing left in the tank. Nothing left in the reserve tank. Fortunately, I would walk into work only an hour later and find out that every aspect of hell I had been facing would culminate on that day. Discipline, Roc, whatever it takes. Sometimes I hated being the guy that never quit until it was done.
