Huge Beast – Day 77

Only a few more days left and the Bodybeast program would be complete. That thought motivated me to push even harder. 50,60,70 lb dumb bells in hand for the Bulk Legs opener – front/back lunges, 12, 10, 8 per leg. 

I could feel it in my right kneecap during the last set, so paused, dropped the weight, and finished the set. Always listen to your body. That was a valuable lesson I had learned the hard way many a time.

It was always a quick workout, but once again I laid crumbled on the floor in the fetal recovery position. I had survived, and sometimes survival alone was enough to focus on.
