There’s something to be said for drunkenness. It brings about a certain, a certain relaxation that allows one to express themselves freely. Of course, that is what it seems like at the time, then you listen to the actual recording and realize you were a drunken boob.

TL;DR – I wouldn’t; I’m not a game developer. I do have a voice however.
I am a player. As a player there are continually broken mechanics that directly affect my game style. It irritates me to no end. I immediately think of a dozen ways to improve the broken system, then head to the forums to troll!
Once there, of course, I see that this broken mechanic has already been identified, and sometimes there are multi-page threads with ideas far more brilliant than mine as to how to fix said busted shit. Continue reading

Whether planet bound or capsule bound, sometimes we all need a little sunshine in our lives. Suns have long been know to be a key factor in the sustaining of life; their rich energies bathe us in cosmic warmth. Of course, sometimes it’s fun to cripple a ship and watch as the immense heat and gravitational pull of a system star completely devour our enemies, but that’s a story for another time.
