People always underestimate legs. I’ve ranted on this before. Many men in their vain attempts to get big put all their effort into upper body. The problem with that is our legs are the meatiest part of our body. Most of our body’s muscle growth hormone is stored there. Much of our circulation stems from there. Legs are the most important part of the body after core.
My legs are shaking. I loaded up the weights again today. The floor is covered in my hard-earned sweat. You want a big upper body? Work your legs hard. Ever try to bench press 900 lbs with your chest? Of course not. I can leg press 900 lbs. That should be an obvious indicator to you.
