OOC: Lost Eden

If you’re living on an asteroid somewhere, you may not realize that I enjoy music. I’ve composed music for most of my adult life, and released soundtracks inspired by Star Wars Galaxies, Eve Online, and even the original work of my heart, Diaries of War. Some of my tracks have been featured in video games; others used in film/television. Many players have used my music in their videos, with and without permission over the decades. Music is how I’ve always explored and expressed emotion, how I’ve come to relate to the characters I play. Warren Angelo, N’Varra Wren, Roc Wieler and so many others span a lifetime of wondrous discovery. Continue reading

What Does Project Nova Need to Be Successful?

Yet “they” weren’t there in the end, as I held you, looking eye to eye, tears streaming down my face, my voice hoarse as I cried out my anguish. Words wouldn’t form then; they hardly form now, yet I will never forget your visage as you slowly passed from this life – you forgave me. Continue reading

Nines

It was only a few short years ago that we all gathered for a Brutor workout in the bitter colds of the northern continent of our homeworld. Many important guests were invited to attend this grueling endeavour. Not all survived. Not all enjoyed. All remembered.

Now that seemed like child’s play.

I’d be training for the upcoming bear racing season. It’s hard. Harder with every passing year I age. It takes a special kind of insanity to want to race bears. And an even higher level of crazy to train for it.

Here’s your challenge for your next workout.
