  1. Medical research posted today stated that there is no statistical difference in health outcomes between excercising daily for short period, or less frequently in a week for slightly longer periods, so long as you reach a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate/vigorous activity per week.

    Not a specific response to this Roc’s rule, but more of a point of interest
