Sweet N Sour Grape Smoothie

I’ve been to some harsh worlds, endured extreme temperatures, survived aggressive wildlife, and have the recipes to prove it all.

One such recipe comes to mind today as the ventilation system is shot again in this hub of the station. I know, I know, Minmatar technology at its finest. Shove it. I’m too hot and covered in sweat to be witty.

Sweet N Sour Grape Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen grapes
  • 1/2 cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt (high in protein)
  • 2/3 cup of water (depending on your thickness preference)

METHOD

  1. Wash and de-stem grapes
  2. Freeze for 6 – 8 hours or until grapes do not clump when dumped into blender
  3. Add vanilla yogurt
  4. Add some water. Blend
  5. Repeat until smoothie is smooth and desired consistency

Ok, now I’m in a slightly better mood. Sure, my face is puckered like nobody’s business, but at least I feel refreshed. Enjoy!

Special thanks to Amy over at Super Healthy Kids for this one!
