SSS – Day 0

SSS is going to be a challenge for me. I like challenges.

She’s committed herself to these first 30 days, those days where I like to break people, then help them reform themselves. It’s never easy, and I respect everyone willing to make the effort.

The Roctoberfest/First 30 days program is designed to shock your system; it’s meant to break you. Your body and your mind need that. Only once we are broken can we be re-molded.

So, SSS, I wish you the best of luck, and I know there are many here that will offer you encouragement, and that look forward to the example you will set.

  1. Way to go SSS! I’m on Day 10 myself, and I’m loving it! I can feel the results already. With a focus on diet, exercise and sleep, I find that I feel more energetic and alert during the day. The scale is already responding too, which is fantastic.

    I am only 28 years and I’m starting to have all sorts of aches and pains. I can’t live with myself looking and feeling like crap. Its very important to me that I feel good and look good as I get older. So the bottom line is I need to lead a healthy life for the future years to come!!!

  3. Welcome on board SSS I agree with Harlon, the first month or so is the hardest. but they say it takes 30 days to form a habit and 60 days to form a lifelong habit, if you can push through that it starts to get easier and easier.
