Protein Pudding

Something that always amazes me is the excuses we’ve all made when it comes to healthy eating:

It’s too expensive.

We discussed that one HERE

It takes too long to prepare healthy food.

We discussed that one HERE

I’m really just a lazy fat ass that could care less

Well, you’ve come to the right place. I care. My readers care. Maybe someone will motivate you enough to start caring about yourself.

PROTEIN PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops Casein slow release protein (46g of protein) – it’s a thicker, richer, great tasting protein that takes longer to digest, leaving you more full and feeding your muscles for a greater length of time
  • 14 oz Almond Milk
  • (optional) berries, fruit slices, cinammon, cocoa sprinkles, etc
METHOD
  1. Mix protein and almond milk in a blender until your blender clogs up, starts smoking, and refuses to work anymore (30 secs – 2 minutes)
  2. Pour mixture into serving container of your choice (or drink straight from the blender)
  3. Granish with ONE of the optional ingredients, or a similar healthy choice
For additional fun, I’ve also frozen these into popsicles. Very delicious. Of course, I also take pickle juice and freeze it into popsicles and also think that is delicious, so who am I to give an opinion on these things.
Enjoy!
