“They absorb the liquid. It’s a healthy thing. Just eat it already.”
CHIA SEED PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seed
- 1 tbsp natural honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- protein powder (optional)
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Stir vigorously until mixed
- Chill for at least one hour (3 – 4 preferred)
- Remove from fridge and garnish with pretty much any other healthy thing
