Now it’s my turn to blame people. After doing the first 4 Minutes of Hell video, I was so pumped and charged I had to do two more! Of course, looking at the raw footage of the third one, I realize that I have a lot of work to do as a video host, and that one will need to be redone completely. Boo.
In the meantime, let’s talk pushups.
In this video, we go from plyo pushups, to clapping pushups, to regular pushups, to lady pushups. I really don’t know why they’re called that; I’m going to research and find out their real name.
But as always the goal here was to completely exhaust your muscles with good form in as a little time as possible.

I lasted 55-60 seconds on my first attempt.. I suck :p . I’ll be trying to improve on this.
Oh yeah. Plyo pushups are horrific.
Forgot to say, that was 35 pushups altogether in the time.
