INGREDIENTS

  • natural peanut butter, or almond butter, or cashew butter
  • apples, of your preference
  • raisins, or dark chocolate chips, or blackberries, or any other healthy filler

METHOD

  1. slice apples half inch thick
  2. spread peanut butter on one slice of apple
  3. add other toppings
  4. add another slice on top
