  1. No fruit juice and no beer. At least no mention is made of no dairy products 🙂
    Chocolate peanut butter donut diet here I come! I’ll eat only one at a time.

    I like and sometimes still eat muesli with some lowfat quark for breakfeast or dinner, not perfect but better as a lot of the other stuff I used to eat.

  2. Actually I did follow a version of this plan for a while, it works very well, but then my girlfriend and I got back together and gained some of the weight back.
