And on the Seventh Day of Christmas, Roc Wieler gave to me … an early morning visit to the gym … where he proceeded to kick my ass … and I paid him for it … and thanked him for it … and realized how ironic this universe is that we drive somewhere to exercise off our excess while there are countless worlds that starve … and being Christmas those of us who are so fortunate should really do something for those who aren’t … and a music track!
