In the past, when my children come to me and say, “I’m bored…”, I remind them that ‘boredom’ is a sign of a lazy mind. Then I put them to work on chores! Now a days, I have noticed that they complain anymore. 😉
Yes! It’s so true! I’ve personally been saying this for years, in response to “[your favourite city] is so boring” – ‘only boring people find boring places’. You’re just a lot more succinct than me.
