Bulk Back. Personal victory – I did two full sets of ten reps of wide grip pull-ups. Third set I managed to do five before moving to the lat pulldown machine. I was pleasantly pleased with my jump in progress.
Part of me wondered if it was because I significantly increased the weight I was using and thereby warmed up/activated the lats more efficiently/quicker. Of course it may have just been a very on day. It happens. I’d have to do more testing before making any conclusions.
The rest of the workout was quick, yet brutal. 50,60,70 pound dumb bells per hand for nearly all the exercises. I knew I was going to feel that later.
